My first job out of university was at the design studio Barretto-Co, where founder Steve Barretto, one of my favorite creative directors and mentors, played an integral part in my professional development. Working under his guidance was a formative experience, as he set exceptionally high standards, always pushing for work that met the highest expectations. At Barretto-Co, I contributed significantly to creating brand identities, developing diverse layout designs for publications, contributing to environmental designs and helped shape strategic marketing communications. These early experiences under Steve's mentorship profoundly influenced my approach to design and professionalism.
