In my final year at eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions (formerly known as Silverlign), a key responsibility of mine was to develop and execute a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) email strategy. While storyboarding inspirational videos and website solutions, a substantial portion of our efforts, was dedicated to creating a multitude of emails within the CRM framework. My role involved strategically implementing creative designs to engage our audience and fortify eBay's brand identity. Through visually compelling elements, personalized content, and a user-friendly layout, we aimed to ensuring each email provided a memorable and enjoyable interaction for customers.
